New patients at Nest are typically seen via Telehealth for the Initial Consultation. This gives us the opportunity to do a thorough intake of your health history and allow ample time to discuss questions and concerns. New patients will experience 45-60 minutes of in-depth discussion about health history, wellness goals, emotional and physical status, followed by a comprehensive & individualized treatment plan that includes recommendations for nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine, exercise, easy self-care and mind-body tools, and lifestyle enhancements, all in a virtual space.

Recommended for the mama's-to-be who are approaching their due date and are looking for Labor support to get things ready to meet their little one. Acupuncture is a safe, minimally invasive way to get your body to prepare for the onset of labor.

Treatments are relaxing and intended to gently encourage labor, and may include acupuncture, cupping and some gentle massage as needed.

This time-tested treatment is a combination of acupuncture + moxibustion to help turn a breech baby by relaxing your body and, well, we aren't exactly sure why this works. Though we do know that this treatment has been used empirically to turn breech babies for thousands of years with great success. We have found that, at the very least, these treatments can make a manual version performed by your OB much more comfortable.
