New patients will experience 45-60 minutes of in-depth discussion about health history, wellness goals, emotional and physical status, followed by a comprehensive & individualized treatment plan that includes recommendations for nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine, exercise, easy self-care and mind-body tools, and lifestyle enhancements, all in a virtual space.

We are offering 30 minute follow up appointments to our existing patients and clients.

Your visit will include an in-depth intake interview that will include Traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic techniques, biomedical lab results, and a relaxing acupuncture treatment.

Although acupuncture is our main protocol, we feel that other aspects of TCM are just as important. Some adjunct therapies you might experience during your treatment at Nest include herbal medicine, supplements, nutritional support, lifestyle modifications, as well as other TCM modalities (such as moxibustion, cupping, massage, and Qi Gong).

Recommended for the mama's-to-be who are approaching their due date and are looking for Labor support to get things ready to meet their little one. Acupuncture is a safe, minimally invasive way to get your body to prepare for the onset of labor.

Treatments are relaxing and intended to gently encourage labor, and may include acupuncture, cupping and some gentle massage as needed.

This time-tested treatment is a combination of acupuncture + moxibustion to help turn a breech baby by relaxing your body and, well, we aren't exactly sure why this works. Though we do know that this treatment has been used empirically to turn breech babies for thousands of years with great success. We have found that, at the very least, these treatments can make a manual version performed by your OB much more comfortable.

At Nest we incorporate FDA approved Celluma LED Light Therapy devices and acupuncture to treat a variety of issues ranging from orthopedic pain to skin issues.

LED Light Therapy // In the same way that plants use chlorophyll to convert sunlight into energy, high intensity light emitting diodes (LEDs) utilizing specific, proven wavelengths of light can trigger a natural bio-stimulatory effect in human tissue. Research has shown that light emitting diode (LED) or phototherapy can increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, kill acne bacteria, decrease inflammation, improve acne prone skin, skin tone, texture and clarity, decrease under eye wrinkles as well as ease muscle and joint pain, stiffness, spasm, and pain associated with arthritis.
